To provide delegates with an understanding of how to distribute Executable UML (xUML) models across multiple processes, each running multiple threads.

To provide delegates with an understanding of how to adapt the TA-5M code generator.

System architects and model compiler developers.

Knowledge of xUML and some experience of using the iUML Modeller and Simulator are required. Ideally, delegates will have attended the 5-day course entitled “Implementing the OMG’s Model Driven Architecture with Executable UML”.

Although the TA-5M code generator is a Configurable Code Generator (CCG) application, delegates need not have attended the CCG workshop before taking this course.

Delegates will learn how to customise the TA-5M code generator to meet their specific project needs.

Delegates will gain experience of using TA-5M in a tutorial environment by conducting a series of practical exercises.
